If your platform is Windows or cPanel your account is setup instantly. For all other more complicated accounts such as Oralce/dedicated Tomcat account will be setup within one hour of your purchase, provided that the order application is accurate and complete. You will receive your account information via e-mail, at which point you can start on uploading files to the space and preparing your site.
However, it could take up to 24 hours for the domain name to point to the account, depending on whether it is a new registration or a domain transfer. We also recommend to start domain transfer right away once you puchased account from us. Please allow this time period to elapse.
